At PoweredSpark.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Supplements and personal care items that have been opened or used are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Beauty or skincare products that have been opened or tampered with
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or digital products

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

📬 How to Start a Return

Email us at poweredspark@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return address if eligible.

📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

📍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

Note: Returns sent without prior contact or authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
