The return request is made within 3 days of purchase.

Faulty or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange based on the following conditions:

  • Major Defects: If the item has a significant defect or failure, you can choose between a refund or exchange.
  • Minor Defects: If the issue is minor, we will provide a replacement within a reasonable time.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for any return, refund, or exchange request.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement:  To process any claim, you must provide a clear video of the package being opened, showing the parcel and our store name visibly displayed. This video will serve as proof in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, in exceptional cases, special consideration may be given if:

  • The product is in sellable condition
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • Any accompanying gifts or bonuses received with the item are returned (if applicable)
